This Privacy Policy explains how MemoraOne LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use MemoraOne, including Studio, the API, MCP integrations, and related websites or services.
MemoraOne is a SaaS platform for persistent project memory. The service is designed to help people and teams store project context, decisions, files, usage history, and integration activity so AI-assisted workflows can continue across sessions.

Project content and model training
Private project content is not used to train a global model by default. We use your private project content to operate MemoraOne for you and your authorized users, including storing memory, retrieving context, powering connected workflows, debugging service issues, and providing support when requested or permitted.
If MemoraOne introduces optional programs that use private project content for broader model improvement, we will describe the program and obtain any required consent or configuration before using that content for that purpose.
Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, understand site usage, and improve product performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may affect login, security, or product functionality.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate MemoraOne, including hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email, customer support, security, logging, and billing providers. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for MemoraOne and are expected to protect that information appropriately.
Stripe processes payments and billing information. Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by its own terms and privacy notices.
